Mar 2024 – Present · Chennai

  • Consolidated an inherited, scattered component library into one design system of 52 components with full interaction states, used across 9 product areas and 80 screens; cut component duplication by 60% and feature turnaround from about 4 days to 1-2.
  • Rebuilt the library as React components with a documentation site of 69 pages and 226 live examples where the team looks up and reuses components; built 15 React prototypes on it.
  • Led the redesign and rebuild of the marketing website, from UX and visual direction to responsive build and deployment; weekly organic traffic grew from 10K to 35K in 5 months.
  • Redesigned the Data Dictionary in Petavue's Data Hub so admins can find, understand, manage and connect their data in one place, and cut field editing from 4 steps to 2.
  • Designed Sage, a conversational AI layer that explains why a metric changed in plain language, with answer structure and context locking that keep responses verifiable.

Jun 2022 – Feb 2024 · Bengaluru

  • Designed product flows, UI, interactions and motion for a B2C virtual try-on product with personalized 3D avatars and fit visualization, working directly with the founders.
  • Restructured the experience around a clear size recommendation after a pilot with early users outside the company showed the 3D avatar and fit heatmap overwhelmed shoppers, moving fit details to a secondary layer.
